Hannah is looking for a new start from the life she's run away from. But she can't seem to escape those who seek to kill her. Luke's job is protecting her. Especially those he loves. He knows the moment that he sets eyes on Hannah that she needs protection, that she's running from something.
Luke kinda became obsessed with Hannah, a girl he had spoken to for maybe 5 minutes, when he first saw her. It's kinda creepy, finding out where she's running from and visiting that place after a five minute conversation. Despite the creep-factor, I adored Luke he's sweet and protective. Hannah is independent, but not so much that she doesn't know when to give in or ask for help. She just likes to support herself.
This suspenseful novel left me on the edge of my seat. Their were so many unexpected twists and turns. I can't wait to read the next book in Hannah and Luke's journey!!!
